The class-change cards are read from the beta client's own spell and talent tables, and each names the build that brought the change; the beta is on build 1.60.1.70291 (8 October). Where Blizzard's notes explain a change or give another number, the card says so. The Soul Engraving catalog is client data too, and its note names the builds. Every change, with Blizzard's notes beside it, is in our level 30 article. Estimates and inferences are labelled as such.
